Hyunseung AMC (CEO Semi Jang) announced on the 29th that it recently held an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders and passed a resolution to change the company name to Oscar & Company.
Oscar & Company provides comprehensive corporate real estate services, including real estate asset management, real estate marketing, acquisition and sales agency, and consulting.
The company explained that “as the business area centered on real estate expands, we decided to change the company name to establish a new vision and reestablish our identity to take a step further.”
The name was changed to Oscar (OSCAR), a phonetic word representing the letter “O,” symbolizing the perpetuity of the Möbius strip, to reflect the company’s commitment to providing comprehensive asset management services.
The new CI (Corporate Identity) of Oscar & Company, unveiled on this day, is shaped as a Möbius strip with two colors. The harmonious use of complementary colors symbolizes a company with infinite possibilities, incorporating flexible thinking and creative ideas.
CEO Semi Jang of Oscar & Company stated, “We have built trust by meeting the needs of our clients, and that trust has been the asset of our growth to date. Now, we plan to offer various services that the market requires, incorporating new technologies in response to changing environments.”
Oscar & Company is set to begin its commercial, office, and residential development projects in earnest, starting with the launch of a shared office in August.
