Oscar & Company Selected as Consulting Firm for Investment Attraction of Jeju Marevo Resort
Oscar & Company, a comprehensive real estate firm, announced on the 24th that it has been selected as the consulting firm for attracting investment in Jeju Marevo Resort.
Oscar & Company will distribute teaser letters and investment memorandums containing investment information about Jeju Marevo Resort, which is currently managed by HL REITs Management, and will also handle the marketing efforts. A teaser letter is a brief document, typically 1-2 pages long, used to introduce acquisition or investment opportunities to strategic or financial investors.
Jeju Marevo Resort is located in Aewol-eup, Jeju City, approximately a 30-minute drive from Jeju International Airport. Positioned near the coastal road, all front-facing rooms offer ocean views. The resort boasts a total of 95 rooms, the highest number in the Aewol area. Guests can enjoy a variety of amenities, including a 1,421-square-meter outdoor pool in front of the main building, a large underground banquet hall, walking trails, and an outdoor barbecue area. The total land area of the resort is approximately 30,000 square meters.
