The agreement ceremony between Shinhan Bank and Oscar & Company was held at the Shinhan Bank Investment Advisory Center in the Chamber of Commerce building, with Shinhan Bank’s Real Estate Investment Advisory Center Director, Il-Kyu Park, and Oscar & Company’s CEO, Semi Jang, among other staff members in attendance. This is the first time Shinhan Bank has signed a real estate investment advisory partnership.
The representative further explained, “The Shinhan Bank Investment Advisory Center was established in 2017, marking the first time in the banking industry that the role of real estate experts, previously limited to sales support, was expanded to meet the growing demand for active real estate asset management from clients.”
CEO Semi Jang added, “As a real estate consulting firm with extensive expertise, Oscar & Company expects significant synergy from this partnership. Oscar & Company, formerly Hyunseung AMC, rebranded in June and relaunched as a specialized real estate asset management company. Last year, we successfully facilitated the leasing advisory for Lionheart Studio’s move into Tech One Tower at Pangyo Station.”
